Overview:
The Operations Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to the Operations Pastor and church leadership team. This role ensures smooth coordination of daily activities, meetings, communications, and basic operational logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a faith-based environment that values collaboration and service.
What You'll Do:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and record action items.
- Prepare and organize documents, forms, and internal communications.
- Maintain digital records, supply lists, and inventory spreadsheets.
- Assist with volunteer coordination and internal event logistics.
- Support communication between departments (Operations, HR, Guest Experience, etc.).
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior administrative, operations, or nonprofit experience preferred.
- Commitment to Greater IMPACT Church's values and mission.
