Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operations of the clinic network, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination. Reporting to the VP of Clinics, this role will manage staff schedules, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for clinic staff and leadership, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on key tasks, and ensure timely completion of operational initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between clinic sites and administration, acting as the main point of contact for operational issues.
  • Ensure all clinics maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, personnel files, and certifications.
  • Responsible for filing, data entry, and mail handling, delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Coordinating and organizing a variety of tasks, in collaboration with clinic staff and off-site receptionists, as well as IT for any technical issues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church.
  • Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion.
  • Agrees with and is willing to uphold Caring Network's Statements of Faith, Principles, and Core Values.
  • Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network.
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable with participating in prayer with co-workers.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time throughout Chicagoland. Access to reliable transportation.

Compensation

$16.80-$28.80/hour
