Corvus of Raleigh, an industry leading franchise cleaning company, is seeking an All-Star Account Manager to be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and support of our successful franchise owner community and clients. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this individual will be responsible for providing potential clients with detailed proposals for facility needs. The successful candidate will possess a take charge attitude, excellent work ethics, professional appearance and demeanor, ability to execute directives and enjoy interaction with others to help achieve goals in a fast-paced business environment.

Corvus of Raleigh, an industry leading franchise cleaning company, is seeking an All-Star Account Manager to be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and support of our successful franchise owner community and clients. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this individual will be responsible for providing potential clients with detailed proposals for facility needs. The successful candidate will possess a take charge attitude, excellent work ethics, professional appearance and demeanor, ability to execute directives and enjoy interaction with others to help achieve goals in a fast-paced business environment.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking in front of an audience, meeting with high level executives and other members of management. Base Salary + commission + bonus + travel reimbursement + benefits package including medical, dental, vision.
Customer relations Inspecting accounts Maintaining an excellent customer retention rate Starting and maintaining customer accounts Sales support Job Requirements: Professional appearance and demeanor Enthusiastic and positive attitude Willingness to take some calls on weekends and evenings when needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, use of the Internet and e-mail and mobile devices Confidence and ability to provide on-site training Extremely organized and dedicated Strong customer service skills Ability to manage and coach others, including a successful franchise community Position requires working in the field with clients and franchisees 90% of the time Valid Driver's License No major moving violations (i.e. DWI)Qualifications
