The Outreach & Missions Director/Pastor is responsible for planning, leading, and implementing the church's outreach and missions strategy. This role involves equipping the congregation to share the Gospel, developing local and global mission partnerships, and coordinating service opportunities that reflect Christ's love. The ideal candidate will have a passion for evangelism, discipleship, and mobilizing others to serve, ensuring all efforts align with the church's mission to CONNECT with God through Jesus Christ, GROW in our relationship with God and other believers, and SERVE others in His name for His Glory.
