Key Responsibilities:

Local & Global Outreach

• Develop and maintain partnerships with ministries aligned with Covenant's mission, vision and values.
• Organize service events and mission opportunities for church-wide involvement working with other staff and lay leaders.
• Communicate and coordinate with Covenant's current missionaries and global missions partners.

Young Adults Ministry

• Oversee young adult programs, foster spiritual growth, discipleship and community.
• Mentor young adult leaders and volunteers; as needed, lead Bible studies, small groups, and events.
• Collaborate with other ministries to integrate young adults into the life of the church.

General Leadership

• Communicate regularly with the congregation about outreach efforts and impact.
• Collaborate with the broader staff team and participate in key church events.
• Manage related budgets and administrative tasks.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Ministry or social work background preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in outreach, missions, and/or young adult ministry.
• Passion for local and global mission, with strong relational and visionary skills.
• Spiritually mature and able to lead others in discipleship and service.
• Aligned with Covenant's theological vision: historically orthodox, missional, theologically Reformed, sacramental, spirit empowered, complementarian, connectional
• Compatible with our affiliations with the Liberti Communion of Churches www.liberti.org and the Presbyterian Church of America https://pcanet.org
• PCA ordainable is preferred but not required if applying for the pastor position.

Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience and education ($80,000–$100,000).
• Full benefits including medical, dental, retirement, and sabbatical eligibility (pastoral position).
