Job Description

Part-Time Childcare Worker: $23/hourly – Must be able to communicate with grace, effectively interact with, compassionately care for, and minister to children ages 0 to Kindergarten. Must be highly relational, child friendly, courteous to co-workers and parents, and attentive to the needs and safety of the children. Must be a reliable worker with a servant’s heart who is able to lead the class from time to time if the regular lead teacher is absent. Needs to be observant, able to multi-task, lift-up to 25 pounds, listen well, and take initiative to assist lead teachers in the classroom by helping children stay attentive and responsive to lessons, music, and craft time. Must adhere to and maintain proper safety protocols outlined in the PCPC Children’s Ministry Handbook in conjunction with Ministry Safe.
