San Francisco Chinese Baptist Church [ sfcbc.org ] is currently seeking an intern or part-time leader for children's ministry (K to 5th Grade).

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a born-again Christian

• baptized in a Baptist or like-faith church

• Feel a call to and a passion for ministry to children

• Live as a role model reflecting a living faith for both children and adults

• Work with a team for planning and organize events of children's ministry

• Agree with SFCBC's Baptist Statement of Faith and structure

• Confident in preaching and teaching the Bible

• Basic Use of MS Word; PowerPoint helpful

• Must pass background-check and finger-printing process

Job Description:

• Teach elementary Sunday School

• Attend and lead the children fellowship

• Attend and lead other outreach events

• Be an outreach core group member to plan, organize, and participate in events

• Participate in the children's fellowship planning and other children's ministry and outreach events.

• Build good relationship among children and parents

• Serve under the supervision of the board of deacons in the absence of the senior pastor
