Part-Time Minister of Music
First Baptist Church of Higginsville, MO, is seeking a part-time Minister of Music to lead and oversee our vibrant music ministry. Our church averages 235 in attendance across two Sunday services and is passionate about Christ-centered worship and community.
Principal FunctionLead the church in the development, promotion, coordination, and evaluation of a comprehensive music ministry that supports the mission of First Baptist Church.
QualificationsA heart for Christ-centered worship and leading others in authentic praise.
Ability to work collaboratively with pastoral staff, volunteers, and musicians of all ages.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Position DetailsPart-time position with responsibilities focused on Sunday services, weekly rehearsals, and special events.
Compensation is commensurate with similar part-time ministry positions.
