Cadron Ridge Baptist Church in Conway, AR, is seeking a part-time Youth Minister to lead our ministry to students. This role is essential in helping students know and follow Jesus while supporting families in their spiritual growth. Qualifications:· A growing relationship with Jesus Christ · A calling to serve students and families in a local church.· Ability to lead, organize, and work well with volunteers Responsibilities:· Plan And Lead Weekly Programming: Oversee Sunday Morning and Wednesday Night student ministry bible studies and activities that focus on learning, fellowship, spiritual growth, and evangelism.· Outreach and Events: Plan and lead special events throughout the year such as camps, mission trips, retreats, activies, etc.· Church Involvement: be an active member of Cadron Ridge and participate in church-wide events, fellowships, and worship services. Prepare and oversee the annual youth budget. · Communication: Develop and maintain communication with students, families, guardians and the church about the youth ministry.· Volunteer Connections: Lead and involve the youth team to serve effectively in the youth ministry.
