The First Hispanic Baptist Church of Palm Coast is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Minister to lead and grow our youth ministry. This is a part-time position, but we are open to discussing full-time opportunities for the right candidate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.Seminary students focusing on youth ministry or related fields are encouraged to apply.About Palm Coast:Palm Coast is a vibrant and growing city located along Florida's beautiful east coast, nestled between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. It is a diverse, family-friendly community offering a mix of suburban tranquility and outdoor activities, with parks, trails, and beaches nearby.

About Our Church and Youth Ministry:

Our church has an average attendance of 110–120 people each Sunday.Our youth group currently consists of around 10 young people, with significant potential for growth both within the church and the surrounding community.Sammy Mancilla and his mother, Alicia, have faithfully led the ministry despite their limitations due to family business responsibilities. Occasionally, parents assist with teaching as well.Our music minister (a young adult) is committed to supporting the youth ministry.Parents are dedicated to collaborating and staying involved in the ministry's success.Responsibilities Include:

Discipling and mentoring youth to grow in their faith.Engaging parents and families in the spiritual development of their youth.Planning and executing activities, events, and outreach opportunities.Collaborating with church leadership and the music minister to align and enhance the youth ministry.Additional Support:We are willing to assist with relocation expenses or transportation for candidates living within travel distance of Palm Coast.
