The Partner Engagement Coordinator will help advance Favor’s mission through the relationship-focused partner care strategy. This role requires regular thanking, praying with, reporting, and fundraising among existing and new partners. Experience in both capital campaigns and personal relationship development are helpful. Helping implement both short-term and long-term advancement strategies will be expected. This position is not remote and requires the hired to be in the office in Brandon, Florida during regular business hours.

Founded in 2002 during Uganda’s civil war, Favor International aims for sustainable transformation in Uganda and South Sudan through discipleship, theological training, church construction, care for vulnerable populations, and prayer initiatives.

Partner Engagement Coordinator

The Partner Engagement Coordinator will help advance Favor’s mission through the relationship-focused partner care strategy. This role requires regular thanking, praying with, reporting, and fundraising among existing and new partners. Experience in both capital campaigns and personal relationship development are helpful. Helping implement both short-term and long-term advancement strategies will be expected. This position is not remote and requires the hired to be in the office in Brandon, Florida during regular business hours.

Partner Engagement:

• Implement partner engagement strategies.
• Articulate the ministry’s value to partners.
• Identify and manage relationship-building actions.
• Share overseas project plans and budgets with partners.
• Execute the Favor Partner Engagement plan and meet deadlines.
• Follow up with new leads and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Develop relationship cultivation strategies and materials.
• Write initial drafts of marketing materials.
• Address partner complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Set and meet partner engagement goals with the team.
• Success Indicators:
• Meeting partner engagement deadlines.
• Honoring and engaging partners with timely updates and personalized opportunities.
• Increasing donor retention over 2-3 years.
• Converting non-donors to donors within 1 year.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity.
• Residence in Tampa for in-office work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with donors and leaders.
• Flexibility and capability to handle sudden responsibilities.
• Spiritual calling aligned with the ministry’s mission.
• Demonstrates maturity and the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

• Directly communicate with partners about their giving and participation.
• Aptitude and calling for partner engagement, praying for partners, and fundraising in Christian missions.
