About Our Church:Belfield Baptist Church is a very small congregation seeking to grow in both spiritual depth and community outreach. We are deeply committed to God's Word, prayer, and living out the Great Commission. As a Southern Baptist fellowship, we affirm the inerrancy of Scripture and the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).

Our Greatest Need:We are prayerfully seeking the man God is calling to lead our congregation. Above all else, we desire a pastor who will faithfully preach and teach the Word of God. We also seek a shepherd with a proven ability to rebuild and revitalize a church through evangelism, discipleship, and outreach.

Primary Responsibilities:

Preach and teach the whole counsel of God's Word with conviction and clarity.Lead efforts to grow the church through outreach, evangelism, and discipleship.Provide pastoral care: visitation, counseling, funerals, weddings, and crisis support.Oversee the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper.Work alongside deacons and church leadership to develop a vision for renewal.Model a godly life of prayer, integrity, and servant leadership.Qualifications:

Clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ and a call to pastoral ministry.Agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.Strong experience in preaching and experience with church planting or revitalization is required.Seminary training (M.Div. or equivalent) is helpful, but not required.A passion for small-church ministry, evangelism, and community engagement.Ordination preferred, or willingness to pursue ordination with Belfield Baptist Church's support.Compensation:This is a paid pastoral position (part-time/bi-vocational). Salary is negotiable based on experience and church resources.
