Crossroads Baptist Church in Estill Springs, TN, is searching for a new pastor and spiritual leader. We need someone who can help us grow in our spiritual lives, expand in our community outreach, and further our mission of creating strong relationships with Christ. We do not have a parsonage, so a bi-vocational pastor might be a necessity. However, we are open to discussing different options.

Estill Springs is in the middle of Franklin County. Franklin County is home to beautiful mountain views, rolling hills, a great mix of outdoor activities, charming small towns, and two lakes. Our church is on a hill less than one mile from Tims Ford Lake, which is often ranked among the best fishing destinations in Tennessee and the Southeast.

Our Sunday attendance averages around 80 for the morning service and 25 for Sunday School. We also offer a Sunday evening service, as well as a Wednesday evening service that includes a meal and a prayer meeting. Our membership spans a wide age range, with a rapidly growing younger generation, and we are looking for someone who can help us develop them. Our sanctuary, fellowship hall, and Sunday School wing were all built with the hands and fortitude of our senior members, many of whom still serve our church today. Those senior members have left a lasting legacy and have left Crossroads Baptist Church with no debt.
