Delaware Korean United Methodist Church English Ministry is seeking a full-time pastor to shepherd a
congregation of married and single adults, young adults and college students.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a passionate personal relationship with Jesus,
experience in leading people, dynamic teaching / preaching skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability of
develop other leaders, and creative vision for sustaining and advancing ministries.
We are an independent ministry desiring to grow in Christ as faithful servants.
We value intimate relationship with God through weekly Sunday gatherings, small groups and prayer.
We seek a pastor who is strong in discipleship training, to help the congregation members to grow and
mature in gospel.

Job Description

Responsibilities  Responsible for all aspects of English Ministry, including leading Sunday worship service and bible study  Align ministry goals with DKUMC EM vision and goals  Implement discipleship training  Teach / train leaders  Outreach / missions / campus fellowship  Working with EM members to coordinate events such as revivals and retreats Requirements  Having a high view of Scripture, a heart of love and compassion for people and a desire for discipleship  Candidate should have obtained M. Div. degree. Preference is for an ordained candidate  Open to all denominations  Must be fluent in English and have pastoral experience Salary and Benefits  The position will be either full time or bi-vocational depending on the candidate  Benefits include paid vacation and professional development training
