We are seeking a Pastor that meets the Biblical qualifications in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.To provide the congregation a sense of stability in leadership while preaching sound Biblicaldoctrine. To provide adequate pastoral care of the congregation. He will work with the staff,deacons, and volunteers to ensure that shepherding, visitation, baptism, ministry, and counselingneeds are met.

We are a Southern Baptist Church with traditional values that formed in 2005 by the merging ofTwelfth Street Baptist and Murray Street Baptist churches. Both churches had been in existencefor over 50 years but were struggling in different areas. Together we are stronger and havebecome one family. We are excited about what God is doing and are known as "A Fellowship ofLove."

Our Church meets twice on Sunday, and we have Wednesday night prayer meeting and Biblestudy along with other organizational functions during each month. Our average attendance onSunday morning is around 85, with 55-60 in Sunday School.
