Enon Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Southern Baptist ordained minister who has received the calling to pastor a small country church. A compassionate personality and some experience as a Southern Baptist pastor is desired. Enon adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message and practices traditional Southern Baptist beliefs. Enon was established in 1868 and has continuously shared Christ with the community. The church is located ten miles from Charleston, Illinois, the home of Eastern Illinois University. A parsonage is provided for the pastor.
