Faith Baptist Church, located in the vibrant college town of Starkville, Mississippi, is prayerfully seeking a dedicated and Spirit-led pastor to lead our congregation into a new season of growth and renewal. Our beliefs are in concert with the Southern Baptist Convention's FAITH and MESSAGE adopted June 14, 2000. We are seeking a stir who possesses the following qualifications:
1. A degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Ordained or licensed as a pastor under the Southern Baptist Convention standards.
3. Proven experience in pastoral ministry, spiritual leadership, and community engagement.
4. Visionary in growing the church body, both spiritually and numerically.
5. Able to connect with people of all ages, with a heart for intergenerational ministry.
6. Proficient in organizational and administrative tasks.
