Fellowship Baptist Church of Polson Montana is located in the heart of Lake County on the edge of the beautiful Mission Mountains on Flathead Lake. Established in 2003, we are a praying congregation on a Gospel centered mission. We are in the middle of a renewal movement beginning with 40 days of prayer and a study through the book by Henry Blackaby "Flickering Lamps". We have seen God do amazing things since beginning of this journey and are excited about the future of our congregation and the community in which we live.

We are looking for a Christ-centered, visionary Lead Pastor who is able to equip and mobilize our congregation to make a Kingdom difference in our community and beyond. We value accurate, compelling Bible teaching that not only feeds our minds, but moves our hearts to live out God's truth in everyday activities. Fellowship is a loving community of believers with a Baptistic heritage in theology and practice, looking to grow and thrive under the direction of our new pastor.

Fellowship is a place where meaningful relationships are experienced and God's love is demonstrated in practical ways. Fellowship exists to nurture, strengthen and serve the people in the community as they develop spiritually and become followers of Christ and who grow deeper in their daily walk with God.

There is great potential for growth at Fellowship and this senior pastor position would be a good fit for a person with a pioneering spirit and a down to earth, practical, hands-on approach to ministry.

We look for one who connects, equips and encourages; sets the bar high, then labors to remove obstacles and ensures that God's people experience the joy of co-ministering in the Lord.
