Job Overview

The members of First Baptist Church of Alice, Texas are in search of a full-time Pastor to faithfully shepherd our congregation. We are seeking a man of God who loves and believes the inerrant Word of God, leads with compassion, and lives according to biblical teachings.

Our mission is to help people find God and grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Pastoral candidates must be equipped to be a teacher, leader, and counselor. Candidates must demonstrate good leadership qualities and good personable communication skills with all age levels.
