First Baptist Church, Jal, NM, is actively seeking the full-time pastor whom God has chosen to lead us. Jal is a small multi-cultural community with a large population of primarily Spanish speakers and transient oilfield workers. A bi-lingual pastor would be beneficial but is not required.
