Education

• Prefer graduate degree from theological seminary
• Would consider a candidate with bachelor’s degree in a related field with experience

Experience

• Prefer experience as a senior or associate/assistant pastor

• Visionary with enthusiasm for church revitalization and the commitment to implement necessary change
• Able to minister to all ages
• Able to equip leaders of ministry teams and their members to fulfill responsibilities with accountability

Pastoral Style

• Relational

Communication

• Expository preaching and teaching
• Regular and open communication with church staff and Elders
• Effective and productive interaction with ministry teams
• Periodic contact with individual church members as necessary

• Adherence to and agreement with Statement of Faith (Article II)
