Eagerly seeking a Pastor to shepherd and grow our traditional church. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ; teaching biblical revelation; engaging in pastoral care ministries; providing administrative leadership in all areas of church life; and acting as chief administrator of the paid staff.

We are a small, faithful, and loving church family with an average weekly worship service attendance of 25 (mostly older adults). We are in an ethnically diverse suburban town (Valrico) in West Central Florida approximately 30 miles east of Tampa.

Must be a called, ordained Pastor. Able to provide spiritual leadership to the church congregation through biblically sound preaching and discipleship. Exhibit a high level of competency and excellence in the study of the scriptures (Holy Bible), church leadership and organization. Must be committed to godly living and serving in a manner consistent with biblical standards for pastors. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Must be affiliated with the Southern Baptist and FL Baptist Conventions and be in full agreement with the Baptist faith and message. Able to establish and maintain effective working and/or pastoral relationships with church members, visitors, and staff, members and leaders of the church community, and the public.

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Pastor, preferred. Or a combination of theological training, education, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Valid Florida driver's license.
