Merryville First Baptist Church in Southwest Louisiana is looking for a full time pastor. Merryville is a small town located about an hour's drive north of Lake Charles and just a few miles from the Texas border. We are a joyfully worshipping bunch averaging around 85 on Sunday mornings. Our pastor of 23 years retired and we are still going strong. We have great Sunday school teachers and a very popular children's program. Any pastor out there who is in between churches or just feeling led in possibly making a move should really consider contacting us.
