The pastor will joyfully lead the congregation, devoting himself to prayer and the ministry of the Word. His character will be a light in the community and be an example of what a Christian is and does.

He will demonstrate the qualities described in Titus 5:1-9 and 1 Timothy 3:1-7.

The Pastor Search Committee will require following:

He will have a strong agreement with our Constitution and Bylaws and the Baptist Faith and Message; He will be a graduate of a Southern Baptist Seminary; He will provide references of character; and He will allow all background checks. The Pastor Search Committee reserves the right to consider other elements (videos, blogs, social media posts, questionnaires, etc.)
