While worship is an all-of-life posture, gathering for congregational worship is an essential means of equipping the church to worship in spirit and truth in all of life. To this end, we are looking for a Pastor for Worship who will serve under the direction of the Lead Pastor to facilitate the musical and liturgical content of our services in such a way that corresponds to and complements the preaching of God's Word each week. This will involve recruiting, training, and rehearsing musicians, leading musical worship on Sundays (or training and delegating others to do so), and overseeing the creative and artistic ways we adorn the gospel of Jesus in our gathered worship, including video, sound, lighting, staging, and livestream. The position may be full-time or part-time, depending on the desires and availability of a qualified applicant.
