Pastor needs to be SBC ordained and supportive of the BF&M, and SBC and local associational missions. Pastor's Responsibilities: provide leadership in working with volunteer church mem- bers in their places of service in the church, providing weekly spiritual guidance and encourage- ment through Sunday sermons and other teaching opportunities, active in visitation & outreach, college and/or seminary preferable. Friendship has a large and well-cared for church facility w/worship seating area for 200 and Sunday School classrooms for 100. Also a large Family Life Center w/gym and large kitchen. Dexter is a growing community of 8,000 in the southeastern area of Missouri located along Hwy. 60. Our current pastor is retiring after 20 years of service.
