Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly Sunday service
  • Monthly administration of sacraments
  • Establish pastoral care ministry (counseling, visitation, etc.)
  • Participate in the administration of church affairs
  • Lead, teach and coordinate weekly Discipleship Group bible study with Discipleship Group leaders
  • Work with leaders to plan, execute, and oversee various ministry programs (i.e. Summer Missions, Winter Retreat, Outreach Events, Campus Fellowship, Sunday School, Praise team, etc)
  • Conduct Membership and Baptism/Confirmation class
  • Align ministry goals with KCCP's vision and goals
  • Understand the needs and concerns of Central Church and present these at the KCCP session meetings and pastoral staff meetings

Job Description

Qualifications

  • Master of Divinity degree or higher from an accredited seminary
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in English ministry (college, young adult, and family group)
  • Ordained in a Reformed Presbyterian denomination (Preferred)
  • Eligible to work in the USSalary & Housing: Commensurate with experience
