Mount Salem Baptist Church is a small, family-oriented congregation located between the rapidly growing Flowery Branch and Buford communities. We are prayerfully seeking a spiritual leader with a heart for the Lord to be the next Pastor of our church. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging in the community and fostering an environment of discipleship. Job responsibilities will include all typical pastoral duties, including preaching and teaching at Sunday morning and Wednesday night services.

This is a flexible position with the potential to be full-time or bi-vocational depending on the candidate. On-site housing is available, if desired, along with the option to work remotely (outside of weekly services).

Qualifications:

• Licensed and ordained minister
• Seminary degree or equivalent (preferred, but not required)
• 2-5 years pastoral experience (preferred, but not required)
