Mt. Nebo Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a man of God to be our full time Pastor. We are located in Bell, Fl which is a rural area in Gilchrist County. We have a congregation of around 200 faithful, loving members. We have just completed a new four bedroom, two bath pastorium.

Qualifications:

• Born again believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• Is called of God to be Pastor of church
• Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God
• Meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
• Be an ordained minister of the Southern Baptist Convention
• Mature, Spiritual and caring man with leadership skills to lead our church in healthy Spiritual growth
• Pastor experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct services on Sunday morning & evening and Wednesday nights
• Prepare and preach Spirit filled sermons without compromising the Word
• Work with deacons, staff and leaders
• Provide Spiritual leadership to members, staff and leaders
• Lead in business meetings
• Provide pastoral care through visitation of our church family
• Fellowship through social gatherings to strengthen the body of Christ
