The New Bethel Baptist Church in Tuscumbia, AL is seeking candidates for the man God is calling to be our next (full time or bi-vocational) pastor. That person will conduct services on Sunday morning, Sunday night and Wednesday night. They will carry out pastoral duties to the congregation as well as be active within the community.
We are a small congregation in a rural setting 6 miles outside of any incorporated city. There are 4 cities in our area that share boundaries making us a medium size metropolitan area. COVID hit our attendance, like many other churches, and have just now begun to increase. We have a mix of 50/50 younger and older congregants and have a 140 year proud history in our community.
