We are seeking the services of a committed full time pastor with a long term tenure. This position involves leading worship services, Bible studies/prayer meetings and overseeing Church congregation and ministries.

We are a multigenerational and multicultural church located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne with approximately 90 regular attendees spread across 25 nationalities meeting for worship on Sundays. We like to think of this as a microcosm of what heaven will be like.

After 8 years shepherding God's people and ministering the Word at NPEBC our pastor has accepted a call to minister in Wales. We are therefore seeking the services of a committed suitably qualified full time pastor with a long term tenure. This position would involve conducting worship services, leading Bible studies and prayer meetings, visitation and oversight of the Church congregation and ministries.

Job Description

This position requires:

• A commitment to evangelical faith and to the spread of the gospel among all the nations for God's glory.
• Sound theological training and commitment to Baptist principles.
• A commitment to preaching and teaching the scriptures.
• A conviction that the Bible is God's inerrant Word and our sole guide to a life of faith, holiness and hope.
• Adherence to the Doctrines of Grace.

Our pastor would have the support of an administrative assistant and two experienced elders.
