Ridglea Heights Baptist Church is located in between the Escatawpa and Big Point area of Jackson County Mississippi. Historically, RHBC has been highly involved in our local association (JCBA), local community (Home of Grace, Mercy House, Youth for Christ), and missions (FCM of Honduras, Disaster Relief, etc.). Our strategy for carrying the Gospel to all the world has been to consistently model the "love God and love people" imperative of Jesus (Matthew 22). We are bold in the Word of God and reach out with open hands to our surrounding community and the world. Our annual attendance on Sunday mornings averaged 250 people in 2023. Our Sunday morning small group attendance averaged 130 during that same year.

We are excited to see what else God has in store for RHBC! The Discipleship and Student Pastor position will take up many of the responsibilities Dustin once held. Currently, the Student ministry is being led by a combination of our volunteers and Dustin's continued guidance. We average roughly 20 students on Sunday mornings and 40 on Wednesday nights. Many of our students are mature in their faith and serve here at RHBC, in national missions, and international missions. Our small groups are also being led by mostly long-term volunteer group leaders under the current staff's guidance. The one who is called to this position will lead the Student Ministry and oversee our discipleship efforts for the entire church body.
