Pastor of Discipleship

To help shepherd our growing faith community, Fruit Cove Baptist Church has begun a search for our first Pastor of Discipleship. This role requires an experienced disciple-making leader who has a passion for communicating the Word of God and equipping the church to fulfill the Great Commission. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, this position will oversee the membership pathway of the church and will lead the discipleship team (pastors and directors) for men, women, and senior adults, as well as groups and weekly discipleship ministries.
