We are seeking a gospel-centered and relational Pastor of Families and Discipleship to join our pastoral team. This individual will work closely with the other pastors to provide general pastoral care and spiritual oversight for the congregation. A primary focus of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive discipleship strategy that nurtures spiritual growth across all ages and stages of life.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the church's discipleship ministries such as Sunday School, small group classes, and discipleship groups. The ideal candidate will have a passion for equipping believers, strengthening families, and helping the church grow in Christlikeness.
