Position Overview:

Westminster Baptist Church seeks a Pastor who will oversee and be a co-laborer in the students and young adult ministries. This Pastor will cast vision and develop strategies that will be a catalyst for WBC's overall mission and vision. He will help ensure that discipleship is taking place throughout church life, especially from teens into adulthood by being passionate about developing leaders, training them for evangelism, and equipping them to make disciples.

Westminster Baptist Church is a growing church with a passion for making disciples of Christ. It is situated in Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland, which is primarily a suburban/rural environment. Westminster serves as a bedroom community for both Baltimore and Washington, DC. There are over 17,000 households – mainly unchurched – within five (5) miles of the church.
