Job Description

Pastor Responsibilities: o Help Lead the Overall Ministry Direction (vision, mission, and strategies) of WBC o Preach in Students, Young Adults, and to the Church Worship Service 6-8 times per year o Pray with the Staff for our People and join the Pastoral Team o Shepherd WBC, specifically parents, Young Adults, and Students o Supported trips on global missions o Staff, Church, and Leadership Meetings and/or Trainings o Other Pastoral Duties

Measurable Goals for this Position to Accomplish:

o Aligning Ministries to the Mission and Vision at WBC o Effective YA, Students, and Kids Ministry o Equip all Leaders/Volunteers with WBC's Evangelism Tool o Equip every ministry leadership team with the vision of WBC o Equip every group leader with the Group Discipleship Philosophy o Develop every Leader through the Leadership Pipeline o Implement a plan for discipleship in alignment with the WBC Discipleship Journey (visual and trackable) o Organize, with staff, the process of leaders working through the Leadership Pipeline (visual and trackable) o ABC and DEF growth consistent with Church o Attendance o Building o Cash o Discipleship o Evangelism o Fellowship o Personal development that meets criteria consistent with a leader who is capable of training other pastors in the same field
