We are currently looking for a full-time Youth Pastor who is deeply passionate about youth ministry and feels genuinely called to disciple the next generation. The ideal candidate will be a committed disciple-maker with a strong heart for the Great Commission.Our church is experiencing revitalization and growth, averaging around 250 attendees each Sunday and currently ministering to approximately 25 active students. We are preparing for a significant expansion in our youth ministry this fall, shifting from a 7th–12th grade model to a 6th–12th grade structure. As such, we are looking for someone with experience leading youth ministries that offer distinct programs for middle and high school students.The ideal candidate will be married and have a minimum of five years of experience serving as a youth pastor/minister in a local church setting. While seminary training is preferred, it is not required. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, and familiarity with church-related technology and software is a definite plus.
