Description of Organization
Hope is a growing congregation that is known as an active participant in our community, a place for people to find new life and hope in Jesus, and a family who are not afraid to dig into hard questions and topics together with grace and courage. Hope is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where the past meets the future. We're within 20 minutes of four of the ten largest battlefields of the civil war. We are also a community where we are significantly younger than the national average, and in a neighborhood that is more economically and ethnically diverse than any other within 45 minutes drive. Hope is known for being a safe place to recover from church hurt, and to grow around and beyond our hurts into mature Christians, solidly planted on the Word of God, equipped by the Spirit to carry out His mission and build His kingdom in our lives, our families, and our neighborhoods.
