About Us: Pathway Southern Baptist Church is a friendly, loving, Bible-believing congregation with a heart for the Gospel and missions. We are seeking a dedicated, qualified pastor to lead our church family in spiritual growth, ministry, and community engagement.

Position Summary: The Pastor will shepherd the church with care and integrity, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, proclaiming God's Word, and providing spiritual guidance to our congregation. The candidate must align with our church doctrine and operate in accordance with our church bylaws.

Key Responsibilities: Preach engaging, biblical-based sermons on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Provide pastoral care: visit the sick, counsel those in need, and encourage spiritual growth. Build relationships within the church and the surrounding community. Officiate weddings, funerals, and baptisms. Lead and support the church in missions and outreach efforts. Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Qualifications: Strong commitment to the authority of Scripture and Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Experience in preaching, pastoral care, and church leadership. Heart for missions and community outreach. Ability to foster spiritual growth and build a loving church community.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive and commensurate with experience and includes a very nice parsonage.
