We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to Christian values, providing guidance, support, and education to our members. The person must have the skills to:

1. Provide leadership to help carry out the mission of the church. 2. Provide transformational preaching and Bible Teaching. 3. Provide an example of personal behavior according to the standards required in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and 1 Peter 5:1-4. Duties Include:

• Prepare for and conduct worship services; lead in the observance of the ordinances; and lead the church in proclaiming the gospel to the church and community. • Collaborate with deacons, church leaders and committees to fulfill the mission of the church, promote spiritual growth, grow membership and strengthen community ties. • Pastoral support and care of congregation.
