Provide spiritual leadership to an 80-member mixed-generation church located in a country setting. Duties include preaching, teaching, community outreach, pastoral care, visitation, working with the board to set church goals.

Three Springs Church is a loving, stable congregation with a passion for the Word of God and serving others. Thee church views the Bible as the final authority and affirm basic orthodox Christian doctrines and ethical teachings.

Job Description

1 – Preach a Bible-based message during the traditional Sunday morning worship service and for special services as scheduled.

2 – Participate in and be part of a teaching rotation for Bible study weekly on Wednesday evenings and Sunday School.

3 – Plan and lead special services to include communion, feet washing, baptisms, weddings, funerals, dedications, etc.

4 – Lead, encourage and demonstrate community outreach.

5 – Participate in children and youth activities to include Summer Bible School, youth meetings/activities, etc.

6 – Visit shut-ins, hospitalized and others.

7 – Additional pastoral duties, including some administrative duties in coordination with church volunteers.

8 – Attend church board meetings and committee meetings as scheduled.
