Trinity International Church (TIC) is actively seeking a Pastor to lead our existing English-speaking congregation and expanding ministry in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Recently, our congregation has been transitioning from being primarily made up of English-speaking internationals to a core community of Bolivian nationals eager to learn English, alongside a smaller group of international individuals. This shift requires a new focus on serving the local Bolivian community while maintaining a welcoming environment for people from diverse backgrounds.

Positioned at the crossroads of faith and culture, TIC offers an exceptional opportunity for impactful ministry. Our church is committed to serving the community, currently supporting initiatives for underprivileged street youth, the homeless, and vulnerable children. We play a significant role in providing support to international volunteers engaged in these ministries who seek a welcoming English-speaking church community.

TIC runs a free conversational English language program for English as second language (ESL) speakers. Moreover, during our church services, a simultaneous Spanish translation service is available, contributing to the growth of our ESL membership.

We are seeking an experienced individual or couple who can cultivate spiritual growth through dynamic preaching and Bible teaching in English, along with a Gospel-centered focus on mission within the community. Our ideal candidate will collaborate with church leadership to actively engage with and clarify our Vision and Mission. Some theological training is desired. Ability to speak English fluently is essential. Willingness to learn Spanish is important.

While the position does not offer a full-time salary, we provide a monthly stipend to assist with housing costs, living expenses, and English-language, Christian education at an accredited school. The incoming Pastor will have the responsibility of independently raising the majority of their living expenses.
