Job Description

Union Baptist Church of Troy, Ohio, is looking for a Pastor. We are a community church located on the rural outskirts of Troy and Piqua. For 175 years we have had a presence in our community. Our mission is to reach the world for Christ, produce disciples, and humbly worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Qualifications:

• The constant pursuit of the character qualifications in 1 Timothy 3
• Team-oriented and values collaborative leadership
• Has a passion for preaching God’s word and loves people
• Creative, extroverted with a missional mindset

Skill set:

• Preaching and teaching God’s word with cultural relevance
• Training leaders and equipping disciples for the 21st century
• Active listener
• Decisive but collaborative leadership

Compensation:

• 2 weeks paid vacation
• Relocation assistance (will assess based on candidate’s situation).
• Benefit Package (Total package worth $75k+ annually)
