Job Overview
The Ministry Residency at Redemption Parker is a one-year, part-time opportunity for emerging leaders who sense a call to full-time church ministry. Rooted in our mission to enjoy Jesus and make disciples, this residency provides immersive, hands-on experience in the life of a gospel-centered, growing church in Parker, Colorado.
Residents will be mentored by pastors and staff, equipped in both theology and ministry practice, and entrusted with real leadership responsibility—including oversight of Sunday morning operations and the Welcome Team. Residents will also have opportunities to grow in preaching, discipleship, and pastoral ministry, with space to explore creative gifts in worship, media, design, and more.
This residency includes the potential to transition into a two-year Church Planting Residency for those called to lead or help launch new gospel-centered churches in Colorado and beyond.

- Currently in seminary or seminary-trained

- Bonus: Experience or gifting in worship, visual arts, design, video, or media
