Friendship Baptist Church in Litchfield, CT is looking for a full-time preaching/administrative pastor who will come alongside our team of elders to lead a growing and vibrant Christian community, active in making disciples and serving the people of the Northwest Hills. The candidate must be highly relational, a team player, and be willing to devote significant time to deep study while preparing expository sermons and coordinating existing ministries.

Friendship Baptist Church has been blessed with a team of elders who love the Lord and love the FBC family. He will work alongside a team of elders who will encourage him to take initiative in developing new ministries while collaborating with the team to organize, equip, and encourage existing ministries.

Ministry goals are to be carried out in an atmosphere of love, cooperation, and mutual accountability. The candidate should strive to develop preaching and teaching methods that challenge and inspire the spiritual growth of our FBC congregation.
