Job Overview

Silverdale Baptist Church is a multi-site church adding to our Kid's Ministry team at our largest campus. The Preschool Director works closely with the Silverdale Kids Director, Bonny Oaks Elementary Director, and our other campus directors to develop and execute programming that partners with parents so that all kids can know God, love God, and treasure His Word. Her love of God and love for people should be exemplified in how she serves her volunteer teams/preschool families and especially in how she leads her teams to disciple Silverdale Kids.

Job Description

Critical tasks and responsibilities of the Preschool Director are:

• Leading out in the development or editing of our weekend preschool programming curriculum.
• Recruiting, scheduling, training/developing, and encouraging volunteer teams (Team Leaders and small group leaders).
• Maintaining and consistently re-evaluating policies and procedures for families and volunteers to ensure a safe and welcoming environment in which the Gospel thrives.
• Collaborating with larger Kids Ministry team on the planning and execution of family discipleship programs and special events.
