Job Overview

Provide Christ-centered leadership and oversight for Greentree Christian School, nursery ministry, extended care, and Camp Greentree alongside the Assistant Director. Supervise a 30-member staff, fostering a safe, loving environment where children, families, and staff grow in faith and community. Recruit, support, and manage qualified personnel while maintaining strong teaching and spiritual standards. Offer daily operational administration including registration, budgets, communication, classroom support, and staff development. Ensure all programs align with Christ Church's mission and policies, providing Biblical instruction and prayerful encouragement. Model faithful discipleship by actively pursuing spiritual growth and completing Christ Church's Membership Class within one year of hire. Uphold Safe Sanctuary policies and represent Christ Church with integrity in all areas of leadership and ministry.

Job Description

• Along with an Assistant Director, Plan, Resource, and Direct daily operations of Greentree Christian School (GCS), the Christ Church nursery ministry, the Greentree before/after/extended care programs, and the Camp Greentree Summer Ministry
• Provide the 30-member Greentree Staff Christ-centered leadership, encouragement, resources and guidance
• Recruit, lead and supervise qualified personnel supporting all aspects of GCS
• Maintain Christ-centered, loving and safe ministries that enable children and parents to grow in faith and develop a meaningful and authentic relationship with God, with one another, and with the wider community
• Maintain structures that provide a positive teaching and strong faith environment
• Provide prayerful support for staff, students, and students
