We are looking for a Preschool Minister with at least 3 – 5 years of leadership experience in church ministry, early childhood education, and volunteer recruitment and development. This highly relational leader should be passionate about partnering with parents, developing volunteer teams, and creating safe and engaging environments for preschoolers to learn about God and grow in their faith. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a children's ministry-related field, professional ministry experience, and high emotional intelligence with a coachable, team-oriented spirit.

• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and then implement those solutions once approved.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
