The Preschool Director will serve as a member of the First Baptist Church of Alpharetta staff and work in conjunction with the Next Gen Team to develop a discipleship culture among preschool children and their families. This individual will serve as a liaison between ministerial staff and preschool families.
The Preschool Director will oversee preschool personnel and provide adequate coaching and leadership for the team to succeed. Main areas of supervision will include equipping coordinators for Sunday morning and Wednesday Evening ministry programming, and childcare support for FBCA events. The individual will be responsible for the structure of planning, coordinating, ensuring safety and implementing programs and events designed for preschoolers and their families with the intent of connecting them to Christ. Individual will help with outreach and guest follow up.
The Preschool Director will serve the ministry in performing their various administrative duties that include, but not limited to, communication, recruitment, planning and being the face of the preschool ministry.
