Production Director

Job Overview

Covenant Church and the production role in a nutshell.

We are adding a Production Director to our great team – someone who has proven experience, demonstrates humble leadership, and has a people-first mindset. Covenant Church desires to become a movement of people who live and love like Jesus, and we love leaders who help us create a culture that mobilizes people toward reflecting God’s love in the places God has us all 7-days a week. We seek a Production Director who possesses great technical skill, but more importantly, loves to recruit, equip, coach, and support a healthy team. We are seeking a leader who celebrates the success of others while applying great technical leadership to audio (especially audio!), video, lighting, and the important services and events those areas support. We need a leader who believes Sunday is the starting line, not the finish line. If this connects with you, we are excited to begin the conversation.
